Chase Assist
Problem
A Home Lending Advisor guides customers through complex home ownership. However, their tools make that nearly impossible. No single place to see where every customer stands so they can walk into a meeting prepared. No shared context across the team.
Solution
Built entirely from scratch using existing research of the home lending space. This is a speculative reimagining of a concept I originally developed: a single platform covering mobile awareness, desktop real-time support, and team coordination across the loan lifecycle.
